Greeting cards cannot be purchased separately. Any order consisting only of a greeting card will be automatically cancelled / will not be processed.
Shipping & Processing Policy
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 7:00 PM (WIB) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Return & Exchange Policy- Size exchanges or return requests are only accepted within a maximum of 3 days after the item has been received.
- Customers are required to provide a complete unboxing video as valid proof when submitting a return or exchange request.
