Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 7:00 PM (WIB) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

• Size exchanges or return requests are only accepted within a maximum of 3 days after the item has been received.
• Customers are required to provide a complete unboxing video as valid proof when submitting a return or exchange request.
